Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy and friendly stay just off the High St, with very clean and comfortable rooms, but not ideal for disabled guests. The service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and helpful staff securing alternative accommodation when needed. The location is excellent, right in the town center, surrounded by local produce. The dining experience is lovely, offering ample choices without being overwhelming.
The hotel offers modern and clean rooms with a fabulous wet room experience after a hot shower. The staff is excellent, and the chef's special dishes are top-notch with a great breakfast selection. The cozy ambiance with low doorways and beams adds to its charming appeal, despite slightly sloping floors.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, though they could do with an update, were large, spacious, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. My room was located at the rear of the beer garden, providing a quiet and pleasant ambiance.
